Apparently it doesn't work for some people. I'm suspecting for residents of the United States. Anyone else from the states getting stuck at the "connecting, please wait..." screen as well? Share your thoughts and if you fixed it how did you do it

well i don't think the game went through close beta phrase.. cause i never heard of it.. and now its open beta.. still a lot of buggs best if u wait like couple weeks after today

I played it just fine earlier today so I dunno if that's the case.

I didn't like lunia too much because of the movement (it feels like it's "gridded"). However, the way that lunia has preset characters that you cannot customize when you create your character, there is a paperdoll effect in the game to make up for that. In EO your character moves fairly quickly, you get "plunge attacks", the GUI is well done and the graphics are not bad (think dark cloud meets bomberman hero). it seems there is PVP in this game as well but I don't know if it's implemented yet.

Some bad things are like others have said are a lack of skills, the cool down time for potions! man I REALLY hate cool down time for potion use especially since the boss monsters can do some insane damage. The cool down time for normal potions are 1min and food 30secs. Also the skills system is really strange. you get a sp meter and every time you use a skill it takes away from your sp. It does recover over time, however you only get a little amout of sp and with the harsh cool down times on pots you are not going to be spamming skills so you are defintely going to need to rely on someone It kinda kills solo play, but then again this is a party game so...yeah. I got to level 5 soloing in about an hour or so but I died many, many times.

However, partying is the best method for leveling up. even a two man cell can handle most missions from what i've seen because all you really need is one person to distract the boss while another attacks. Armor and potions drop often during missions so you may not have to buy them from the expensive vendors.

if you want a game that's going to be more about partying and pvp then this is the game for you. It's not bad i like it but I prefer Pi Story. My IGN in EO is Kashis if anyone wants to party ^_^.

I honestly don't think the SP is bad, I'm a healer so usually I don't have to spam it but at bosses its pretty necessary, I can get quite afew heals out before I tap out.

Also for the LOVE OF GOD, you melee classes, when your dieing tag by me so I can heal, if I don't heal right away its because theres still cooling down, which takes like 5 seconds. Trying to time a heal on a rogue flying by is tricky and could potentialy waste my sp..

Some people seem amazed at my damage.. its weird. o_O Is 53-63 a ranged shot amazing for a lvl 8? I just keep my equipment upto date with shop stuff and crap I find in maps.

it's not bad just different than what I'm used to ^_^;. How much sp do you have? I only got four and I'm level 6.

Haha I hit 70's now and 120+ with critical.. Just solo'd the graveyard. xD

I wanna level up some but at this time of night (atleast for me) no ones on, and its pretty dull leveling by myself.

woot how is it possible to solo graveyard ..... omg .....

seems that healer are again overpowered class like in lunia ....
my level 11 Warrior together with friends level 7 Rouge are unable to beat that stage, ok we lag as hell but still ..... boss is so mega strong ... 3 spinning attacks and i am death

Its pretty easy, we're not really overpowered, yeah I can solo any stage so far but it doesn't mean I do it quick, its a slow 1 man process. xD

I just range his ass, get his butt stuck on a pillar and hammer him then he notices and fixes himself and I just continue ranging him... I don't get taken out in one hit of his twirl attack like some people, I keep my equipment very up to date to ensure best hp and damage.

I don't lag, at all. xD If I did I would definetly die.
