Emulator help

I am curious I want to make a PS1 emulator, I keep requiring a bios change that can work with PS1 and when I download it it won't work. Or require some dx3d change and cannot download it and make it work correctly either. if any one could help it would be great. it is legal to discuss emulators but not to give links I believe. Anyways any help would be great . Which emulators to use etc./

Are you trying to play a game or making one on your own? If you want to use one to play then I suggest the PSX emulator. My personal favorite <3

I think it wants you to find scph1001.bin and put it in the bios folder. Not that hard to find. Unless it's something different D:

Ps 1 emulators will not work with Vista.
