    I don't think downloading movies and music are illegal. I mean its not like they are going to catch you on a router with a proxy.

    Peer guarding is a must if you donwload anything, it block government IP's. Also its good to place the Privacy Act as warning to anyone who looks at your files.

    Apparently it's perfectly legal to download torrents, just not to upload them.

    Was just about to say that. I'm pretty sure it says so somewhere in Bit Torrent that downloading anything is perfectly legal, it's just the uploading isn't.

    Only problem with that is that most programs upload automatically.
