ok my computer is not fast so i want to know others opinion if i can play cabal online

my computer:
Cpu = AMD Athlon 1.6G
Ram = 768 mb
Graphic Card = 256 mb Geforce/ATI because i am gonna get a new one
Internet = Bell Sympatico .... 80KB/sec - 130KB/sec

p.s. the system specs from the cabal website isn't really the real one because most of the game says that is the recommand but its actually not when u play it just like GuildWars the recommand requirement r so low but it lags like hell and that is y i am getting a new graphic card
