PlayOnline wont accept my VISA FFXI

Damn i orderd FFXI i got it its the european version
Im european my visa is european its still valid until 01/2012
So what the hell?! i typed everything correct
From personal Infromation through my card information and
I used my card number and Security number and it still says Valid card
Do i need to use space between 4 digits of my card number? i tryed that but it wont work >,< damnit

It's possible that your bank is denying the charge...?
Billing address doesn't match address on credit card, something like that...

I dunno but curently there is no money on my visa but thats not a prob cuz i got 30 days free :S
Anyways ima ask SE if i can do it via Banktransfer
