The Halo series is a disgrace to the FPS industry, displaying lacking enviornment influencing a repetitive nature in an attempt to rely on the same old scenery over and over again. The engine isn't all that great, and each time around, the game feature mechanics that have all been done before.

What makes me angry about the Halo series is that even though it's a sub-par game, people flock to and buy it up like crazy, treaing it as a relic that should be worshiped. Even fanboys who blidly worship the game ignorantly reject better games.

As one of its comercials claims (symbolically), "Once again, it is the rise of the Hard Core NOOB.

i can say that you never played the game. or you played it but you didnt like it. maybe some people said the same about halo and it spread arround like a virus, even to people who dont even got a xbox. cause you have a own opinion it doesnt mean the game sucks. so watch your words

well... though i played halo1 and halo2 and loved both, im going to pre-order halo 3
