Hero Online AUTO CLOSE GAME !!!

y does it automaticly close the game while im playing !!!!! WHY ??!?!??!?! it geting realy realy annoying and cant even play the game propperly !!!! how can i fix it ?!?!?!?!?!? it does it like 10min after i go in game each time !!!! GRRRRRRRRRRR SOMEONE HELP ME FIX THIS PROBLEM SO I CAN PLAY !!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just copy it strait out of what i posted in the hero online forum lol ...... help any please ?!?!?!? thanks if it does work or even tell me something about fixing the thing .....

I'm having the same problem, It turns blue and blackout, boom. It alt-f4s itself out, And your lucky its 10 minute, Im 10 seconds ^_^

so how we fix this problem .... so i can play properly !!!! mine doesnt turn blue ... it just go black screen and its out ..... soooooooo any1 will help ????? any1 even bother to help post something for sugestions ....

Several of our players have been letting us know of their problems logging into Hero Online. After some investigation, we have pinpointed many of the issues being related to user's having Hero Online blocked on their firewall application.

Before trying anything else (such as uninstall/re-install or contacting customer support), we ask our users to verify that Hero Online is unblocked on their firewall access.
