Like, dude, like.... what the.... Gosh. I've no words for that stupidity. Jesus..
It's not like he had the right to speach or anything.>_>
Reputation: 10You're making it sound as though he deserved to be tazed. There's a little thing called the first amendment that protects people from this sort of thing. Also this is a cruel punishment so numerous things could happen here. You're only allowed to use violence if the suspect is threating the well being of someone/something.
Reputation: 10i liked it and i think he was doing nothing wrong
also off topic break has good video's (http://break.com/index/tonite_is_the...ft_261951.html)
its my favorite
Reputation: 177He was asked to stop. Then when they tried to escort him out, he resisted. What if he had a knife? Or a gun on him? With him getting more and more violent, he could've pulled it out. They took control of the situation. They didn't violate his rights. They asked him to stop. He was getting too loud. Instead of stopping, he got louder. You have to think of what could've happened...
Blame Virginia Tech. Unless this wasn't done on the campus.
Reputation: 10Well this was interesting. I agree that he shouldn't have been tazed but he should've calmed down. I know in that position I would've freaked out too but... oh well.
LoL - Yaysian
Reputation: 10That is ridiculous. You can't just ASSUME someone has a gun. When he pulled out the weapon that's when you take action. They could have handcuffed him and taken him out. They didn't. And don't tell me they tried to because there was easily 6 cops and could have taken him out no problems at all. Yes they did violate his rights. Read the 7th amendment sir.
Reputation: 10The other things you said wouldn't even allow someone to get hit. Running from the cops and being shot without holding a weapon is police brutality. Anyway Whoever said that didn't really raise an argument except that the guy if a "********". Not listening to a cop, or whining shouldn't result in tazering .Also...
Took this from a site, a very cool site: He wasn't getting arrested, he was being detained. He got tasered because he's a ****ing dumbass. You clearly hear the officers telling him to calm the **** down and quit trying to get up or they were going to taser him. He ****ing deserved it--A) for not ****ing listening to them, cause even if he was in the right, he was told it was going to happen and still was a ****wit, andhe's no better than the whiny attention seeking ********s that come here just wanting someone to pay attention to their annoying, generally useless asses.
Yeah, because the dude is obviously gonna kill everyone in there because the police want to escort him out. The man had no weapon and you know it. He may have been rude, and an idiot in opinions, but I don't know about you, but it isn't a felony to be that.. And while at that there was no reason for about 6 policemen to take down 1 rowdy teen, I've seen more stuff done on TV where it only takes about one or two policemen to take down worse things.
Reputation: 10All of you shut the **** up. The cops should've just picked him up, brought him outside and told him he was wasting to much time and then tell him to leave and not come back until kerry leaves.. Why the **** tazer someone for asking a question and KERRY HIMSELF said he would answer the question.
The kid had a book in his hand. He was going to beat the shit out of kerry with a book ABOUT kerry. /end sarcasm
