Drive by killings are one of the most hated things amongst the community on GTA:SA, I suggest you find a more respectable way to kill players. I also suggest buying the game.
I agree with Murxidon, if you do drive-bys in some servers, there's a script that automatically puts you in "jail" for 5-10 minutes. And buying the game does help get past all of the struggles of just cracking it.
