Good action/war movies.
I'm bored and have nothing to do so I just want to watch some good movies. Anyone know any good action or war movies?
Right now I've been trying to get Black Hawk Down but I can't find it on veoh or google video or any other sites*cough*
So far I've watched Resident Evil Extinction. Yes it pwned. Although the other ones were gay and corny *I think* this one pwned.

Whatever you do, don't watch Deathproof. It was the biggest waste of time I ever spent. And I have done things like...eat a notebook because I wanted to see if I could. Deathproof was worse than that. It was a 2 hour long movie with 3 minutes of cool stuff. (Yes, I really did eat a notebook. One of the ones without the wires, so I ate the whole thing.)

I didn't like the new Resident Evil. Well...the ending anyway. I liked the whole movie...but, the ending was a really big let down. Now we have to wait for 10 more movies to figure out what happens.

Tae Guk GI. Amazing movie. Its about the korean war. It has crazy ass war scenes and the story line is amazing. I suggest you watch it like now lol

Peronsally that is the best war film ive seen to sate (Letters from Iwo Jima being a close second). Has a really sad ending and really brings home the human element.
seriously those films sucked. I cant see why anyone would like them unless you are a 12 year old who is high on fizzy pop and gets excited by loud noises. Yes the stunts are pretty good but the acting and everything else is just so crap.
But if you want to watch some good action moves dude just go for the classics

warrior in the wind (korean movie)
well...i think thats whats called in english...its a true story about a martial artist training his body and soul like in hell (freezing hell) and challenging all japanese martial masters in Japan and beating them all~
Silmido - another good korean movie based on true story. i think the story is more heart-ranching than Tae Guk Ki, although that was a good movie too. This movie is the story about a regiment of convicts and criminals who are trained to assassinate Kim Jung Ill back in the day. They were training so hard until at the very last minute, the government called it off. This movie is the story of their ordeal and their end. Sooo sad.
other movies...300 (a must!!), Transformers (good gawd...robots...0.0..although its not exactly war movie), what else...We were Soldiers starring Mel Gibson.
