On the internet there are forums. On the forums there are mods and admins. On said forums with said authority figures the decisions of those authority figures are FINAL.
If one of your accounts got banned its not the ACCOUNT they are banning, its the PERSON. So by DEFAULT all your accounts are banned because YOU are banned.
If you think your ban was overly harsh well thats TOO BAD. I got warnings for things I thought were unfair but that doesnt matter. At the end of the day it was my own fault for bending the rules or taking liberties.
If you got banned then you are banned. If you come back then you are breaking the rules and are ban dodging.
I dont know, maybe the mods or admin will appeal those bans and everything will be fine. But until then you are still banned.
So coming back means you are ban dodging.
So making this thread was a ******ed idea since if you carried on posting as usual probably no-one would figure out who you were.

we all say stupid stuff on forums, its the internet, it happens. truth is i DO feel more anonymous here and elsewhere and I do like it. But when I get warned I have no choice but to accept it, no matter how much my pride or drunken brain or super pissed off raging defence mode tells me im in the right. You are ALWAYS accountable for what you say, even if it IS in context with the thread. Even if some guy calls you every name under the sun and you respond with a mega flame post and gore pics then you can still be held accountable despite the context. Just live with it.

In my time as a mod here, I can safely say, you're gonna get banned for ban dodging.
What you need to do, little boy (yes, I'm being condensending because you are acting like a little boy, yelling "that's unfair! wah wah wah"), is make an appeal and say very respectfully and calmly "I'm sorry, I know what I did was wrong, I was just very pissed off because what he said really hurt me and I've been going through tough times so my judgement was impaired; but that's no excuse, all I can ask is your forgiveness." That is what the mods want to hear: that you have learned your lesson. And if you're lying and you haven't learned your lesson... Well, then you'll probably just repeat it and get banned again, but this time IP banned.
But you, you blew it by trying to take the "I'm righteous, the mods are corrupt, ya da yada yada" road.

So basically you're suggesting that I should show respect to the moderators and not others merely because they are moderators and thusly deserve more respect than everyone else? By that right people should not have the right to harshly critisize any powerful political figure because see, they actually have real power, not play play internet power. And on the same note you're saying that you shouldn't have to be respectful to others because you disagree with what they're saying, which is clearly borderline bigotry.

And before you step in to say I've broken the rules as well thus making me a bigot too. The initial reason I created this account was to dispute a specific rule here (yes, even before I started posting here regularly, I felt bad for some of the logically thinking people who did and were punsihed for breaking illogical rules), and therefore am not a hypocrite of any sort for breaking the rules because I never once agreed that I thought they were all valid (not saying I disagree with all or even the majority, just stating that for the sake of the arguement). But being an ex-moderator you had to have agreed to uphold the rules. Meaning that unless your a poser that just agreed to be a mod so you can unjustly ban people you disliked, you agree that ALL the rules here are valid. Automatically making you a hypocrite if you break them.

Now... I have to say there are some interesting arguments there. If it was me who was warning you I would have given you 2 points instead of a permanent ban, but thats just it... all mods/admins are different. I have to say that Manic was justified in his action and I wouldn't have undone it if you would have PM'ed me (which is how these things should be handled).
What you did was completely uncalled for and is the main reason why I don't suggest people look for advice from us here at Onrpg. To come and really enjoy each others company some people need to be able to open up with out being called a "*****" or being told to go kill yourself. Than again the majority of the community here is still immature in that sense.
In any case we IP ban for ban dodgers. And now about to what you did. It's alright that you don't sugar coat things and tell people "how it is". There are some things that should be left unsaid though. You realize that although you like to speak your mind... it doesn't have to always be spoken. You could have simply never clicked that topic, but for some reason you felt the need to go in there and tell someone that he should die because he is useless because you think you know him oh so well. You could have handled it better, you could have re-worded your post in a way where you didn't come off as a dick.... but you decided to post what you did and you need to learn to accept the consequences of your actions. Simple as that.

Under certain circumstances, I would've simply gone with a temp-ban, or a two point like Sandy said. The only difference was that this post was intended to cause someone some serious pain, it wasn't just one member calling another an idiot. Suicidal or not, that is not the way you should react to someone saying they want to kill themselves be it a lie or not. I'm saying this for everyone else, expect the same treatment if you ever act the same way Katsu did.
