If you've tried everything in your post. Try reinstalling the game. It -MIGHT- install the server lists. If it doesn't, I'll do my best to find my own server list and give it to you.
For now, if you can't see any server lists do this in the following order
1) Restart your computer and try again
2) Reinstall the game, restart your computer, and then try again
3) I will edit this post if I can't see any servers *right now* (Meaning there is something going on)
