account trading is not allowed due to the fact the account has a chance of being fake and since the person who received the fake account already traded he got scammed while giving is just purely free and good chance and is more tolerable

IF account giving isnt allowed, why are there many threads thats unlocked and users unbanned? Why is ONRPG violating their own rules? I can just call this a reward just like them.
