try the elder scrolls series part 3 and 4 are the better ones and all are free roam. you can be as good or evil as you want. lots of skills that you gain in as you use them. even keeps track of fame for the good player and infamy for the evil ones.

The good and evil doesn't really have a roleplaying element in TES. Story isn't one of Western RPGs strongpoints except for Bioware games.

Anything made by Bioware should work.
