Hand rails. Don't ask me why, I just have this odd fear that I'm going to fall over them. It's worse if I'm up high rather than down low, but I still tend to get pretty uncomfortable even if the railing is right on the ground.

Yeah same with me,I just can't stand it,and people are always looking down,I mean,I can look down from a rail for a couple seconds,but then I have to back off..Only if they're high up,though.
