    Default California Homo Bill Passed

    SACRAMENTO, Calif.—Gov.Arnold Schwarzenegger has signed into law four bills requiring all public school instruction and activities to positively portray trans-sexuality, bisexuality, and homosexuality to children as young as kindergarten.

    He has also signed bills undermining marriage and infringing upon the moral conscience of business owners, churches, and nonprofit organizations.

    On Friday the 13th, Schwarzenegger signed SB 777 (transsexual, bisexual, homosexual indoctrination of schoolchildren by requiring changes to all instruction and activities) and AB 394, 102 and 14 (transsexual, bisexual, homosexual indoctrination of students, parents, and teachers via “anti-harassment” training).

    Signing the bills was a switch for Schwarzenegger, who vetoed nearly the same bills last year, in the midst of his reelection campaign.

    “Arnold Schwarzenegger has delivered young children into the hands of those who will introduce them to alternative sexual lifestyles,” said Randy Thomasson, president of Campaign for Children and Families (CCF), which helped lead the statewide charge against these bills. “This means children as young as five years old will be mentally molested in school classrooms. Shame on Schwarzenegger and the Democrat politicians for ensuring that every California school becomes a homosexual- bisexual-transsexual indoctrination center.”

    SB 777 prohibits any “instruction” or school-sponsored “activity” that “promotes a discriminatory bias” against “gender” (the bill’s definition includes cross-dressing and sex changes) and “sexual orientation” (the bill’s definition includes bisexuality). Because no textbook or instruction in California public schools currently disparages transsexuality, bisexuality, or homosexuality, the practical effect of SB 777 will be to require positive portrayals of these sexual lifestyles at every government-operated school.

    Otherwise, “discriminatory” schools will be subject to intimidation and lawsuits by the State Department of Education. Under these bills, which will go into effect on Jan. 1, 2008, the following will be eliminated from California public schools because they are deemed to have a “discriminatory
    bias”:

    • Textbooks and other instruction that portray marriage as only between a man and a woman;

    • Textbooks and other instruction that say people are born male or female (and not in between);

    • Textbooks that leave out transsexual, bisexual, and homosexual historical figures;

    • Sex education and school assemblies that omit the option of hormone injections, or sex changes;

    • Homecoming king and queen contests that allow only boys to run for king and girls to run for queen;

    • Separate bathrooms for boys and girls.

    “Mom and Dad” as well as “husband and wife” effectively have been banned from California schools. “SB 777 will result in reverse discrimination against students with religious and traditional family values,” said Meredith Tourney, legislative liaison for Capitol Resource Institute. “These students have lost their voice as the direct result of Gov. Schwarzenegger’s unbelievable decision. The terms ‘mom’ and ‘dad’ or ‘husband’ and ‘wife’ could promote discrimination against homosexuals if a same-sex couple is not also featured.

    “Parents want the assurance that when their children go to school they will learn the fundamentals of reading, writing and arithmetic —not social indoctrination regarding alternative sexual lifestyles. Now that SB777 is law, schools will in fact become indoctrination centers for sexual experimentation,” she said.

    “We are shocked and appalled that the governor has blatantly attacked traditional family values in California,” said Karen England, executive director of Capitol Resource Institute.

    So, boys and girls will share the same bathrooms I guess. Seems REALLY fake, but if you google it then a whole bunch of sites come up.

    Well all of the fires and ash have finally cleared out of my area, so I don't have to worry (for now). Anyway, with these bills and the fires looks like we'll have flaming homos. Yeah~

    wow... That's completely ******ed... I love how the U.S always, in a desperate attempt to establish "equality" just end up making the differences bigger... This is made of fail on so many levels it can't be properly described in words...

    Who not have include homecoming [insert animal] for all the furries?
    Let's ban anything that displays *********s in a bad light, and while we're at it, why not have history text books have a 1/3 portion dedicated to laps, eskimos and Ainus, since they're pretty much ommited for being such a small minority.

    Oh, and let's ban any media that in any way portrays any type of being inaccurately. After all, political correctness is the be-end and be-all of everything. Or wait...

    I'm all for anti-discrimination, but some of this is just plain ridiculous.

    Well, this should make things interesting.

    Also, Hian, I have no idea what's behind this, but, I can only presume they don't go to those lengths because either, A. Nobody has complained about it, or B. Homosexuality, bisexuality and whatever else are seen as a "Large minoritys".

    Although to be honest I have no idea what "Gov. Schwarzenegger" was thinking.

    If you're going to by gay or bisexual or anything else said which I can't be bothered to type out, I doubt you'd want so much attention put onto it. The problem with this is that it'll probably put emphasis on in some schools rather than balancing it.

    Wait a minute here... Co-ed bathrooms. Where are the co-ed lockerrooms! I demand satisfaction!

    Bush is gonna slap this bill down hard. I wonder why the hell Arnold passed it. It sounds like MAJOR overkill.

    Also I remember Sex-Ed being about how your body works. Not what you can change it too.

    "Ok boys, today I'm going to tell you how you can get a Vagina!"
    "Girls, have you ever wanted a penis?"

    Thats going to be interesting.

    What?!

    What the hell was he thinking. Plus what does it have anything to do with homosexuality? Unless its just promoting sex or awkward situations with the boys and girls.

    I actually wonder what's the point of seperate bathrooms. If you're so scared use the toilet stalls.

    people really need to stop pointing out things like these like if all gay/bi people would do it.

    being bi myself and having to deal with all the homophobic kids is usualy a huge ****ing pain in the arse.

    also, this bill sounds way over the top, it wont make people accept gay/bi/trans more then they are right now, will most likely just split them even more from the rest of people in general and make them look like huge freaks.

    this is some of those days that im glad to be canadian, one of those few, rare days.

    I approve of what they're trying to do, anyway. There are problems with how they're trying to do it, though.

    What's with all the homophobia on the board btw?

    Once again, the majority has to change for the minority. Makes an assload of sense. Doesn't it?

    Well, I'm glad it's only in California. It's a shame I actually considered California being a possible future home. Just too desperate out there to prove equality and they can't even do it right.

    Because unlike having equality in race crammed down their throat, they haven't had the indoctrination of equality for transexuality, bisexuality(which the definition is any gender is game when it comes to sex, sex is sex woohoo), or homosexuality. Soon you will see they start bashing heterosexuality. You'll see. Then in about 50 years everyone will be ashamed to be heterosexual.

    Ok that was a bit radical but I really think it's possible, it just may not seem like it now.

    This is unreasonable. End of story. I'm nervous as it is in a bathroom filled with men. So I can't imagine what it's going to be like in a bathroom filled with men and women.

    Sadly, California is probably where I'm guaranteed to live once I turn 19. Not only does is have most of the decent flight schools on the west coast, it also has the martial arts school I want to join. Why can't these things be in a place where everything isn't bat-shit crazy?

    ^ I agree. These things are way to serious. Now, if this was in Canada, I wouldn't be able to say Mom and Dad, without being afraid of getting arrested.
