They use volunteering parents for that where I live.
When of my friends got drunk for the first time we we're waiting at a bus stop and suddenly she starts throwing up. At that exact moment a car pulls over and out comes the volunteering parents.. HORRAY!

Also, Rodenty I'm pretty sure everyone here has gone out on a friday night. Except I doubt most of us go out every friday to drink and then come back on saturday and lie about what happened.
