im looking for a file to help me

is there a file you know of (thats free) that it will show you the file on youre computer that takes up the most space because on my computer it says i have max 150 gb but then i only have 20 free i only have fear on my computer and i cant find any files that are big enough to take it down 130 gb and if i mouse over all the files (i did, i know i have no life) i only use up like 40 gb please help me i dont want to have this or these things on my copmuter that are taking up a huge amount of space

-Start..
-Settings..
-Control Panel..
-Add & Remove Programs..
-And look to the right.
-You will see the sizes of all your programs.

Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove programs

But thats only for games/programs.

lol i have 20gb of music and the ad remove thing says i only have 40 programs and the add up to like 12 gb i think there those dumb cookies or nootbin things, or whatever any other ideas
