Houston We Have a Problem!

i downloaded talisman online overnight and when i woke up it gives me the friendly message "the setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program."! well my net is freakin slow and capped so i cant afford to download it again. so i tried to contact an admin about my problem but oh it says that my username and password are invalid when i try logging in! i tried creating another account but got the same problem with logging in...

so ive come here as a last resort and hope someone can help me out:

i used a program called Zidrav to uncorrupt my last file, Darkeden (yea this corrupting seems to happen a lot to me). its like a peer 2 peer uncorrupting tool. heres an explanation of how it works from the readme file:

2. Quick Start
ZIDRAV is pretty simple to use.
It requires 2 people to use, and I'll explain by example.

A is the person with a corrupted file.
B is the person with the original file.

1. A runs ZIDRAV, and chooses the top option, "Make Checksum File".
A then selects the file that needs to be checked, and a filename for the CDT (checksum) file, then hits "Go".

2. Now, A sends the CDT file that ZIDRAV generated to B.
B then selects "Make Patch File", and selects the CDT file that A sent him, the original file, and optionally changes the name of the patch file (CDP), and finally presses the "Go" button.

3. B now sends the CDP file to A. A chooses "Apply Patch File", and selects the CDP file, and the corrupted file that he has, then, you guessed it, hits the "Go" button.

4. A now does the happy dance of joy, since his once corrupted file is now fixed and working perfectly.

yes, the best help you will get is a simple "redownload". I really do not understand how you cannot afford to down load such a small game client.

If you cant, then you probably have no right to be playing online games to begin with. Sorry but its true. Whatever method you used to DL the client, it isnt working. Try getting it from a difference source with out the "i cannot afford to dl it again" excuse.

Honestly i dl game clients that are over 1 gig in less than an hour. You have to keep up with the times.

Try WYD Global you can download it at 100mb and it has lots of AOE spells. Never hurt if you try!

i live in south africa, we have the highest internet costs in the world dip shit! the fastest connection we have is 4Mb but u have to sell ur house to afford that. im sitting with a connection thats just over 100k and its capped so shut the **** up i cant just go dl it again

the reason why i said shut the **** up was because they were talking bullshit, spamming posts and werent helping at all. if u read my original post i have given instructions of how u guys can help me, itll take 5 minutes of ur time at max. would really appreciate it

ok well after downloading it again and waiting 8 hours i have yet another corrupted installer ! anyone that has a working talisman online installer could u plz help me out? im not gonna try download it for a 3rd time because i know its not gonna work
