You don't, it's an ARG. They aren't really games. You follow them, sometimes they hold a question that sends you to another site, full of puzzles, you try to piece them together and usually, depending on what they want to achieve with their ARG, you win something if you're on of the first people to "find the end".
It doesn't seem like this ARG has even really kicked off yet, it's just building up. I read over the entire "forum" and clicked all the links and deciphered it all, it's just a few audio-files of people "resisting" and the stories of the "presence" which is this being that's hands come from the sky and cause everybody to stop what they are doing, and walk away.
There was a story about kids getting beat up by cops for tagging a wall, a thundering sound was heart and a flash, then they were all looking up at the sky and they forgot about each other, and walked away.
It's just a game, some people get too into ARGs and think of them as reality.

Lol I remember the halo 3 ARG. That was some fun shit to do.... And this ones not bad either but am I the only one having problems viewing the board? It's all distorted and some word get bunched up but if i highlight it its fine...?

That's the point...you didn't notice that the background is glitched???? The site is symbolizing the word, broken and torn, hiding the truth, etc.
