How to write a Manga/Anime Script

Well I want to know what type of format I would use when writing up a script for a manga..

I had these dreams, and day dreams about this wicked anime lately; probably caused by watching too many at once.

So today, I had detention for getting my third late to class.. and I was sent to a art room.. and there we all started talking about anime having a laugh.

I then decided to note that I was crazy and was having dreams about one.. and they asked me if I remember any.. and I told them I remember a whole arc.
(Because I always recap before I sleep now.. so it always becomes a dream.. because I'm thinking about it before I fall asleep.. or when I'm day dreaming)

So I start to tell the story, and like 7 or 8 people were around me listening to this story I was saying.. pretty badly because in my dreams my characters don't have faces or names.. so.. yah.. it was hard explaining who I was talking about at some times..

But anyways, at the end, there were 10 people around me
(Teacher was out.. it was another teacher just in the room waiting for the art teacher to come back.. so she never knew I had detention)
and they were all saying I should write this down, I should write this down.

So.. well.. I have no life, and no real good hobby... I look to programming more as a job opening more then anything.. so I decided to spend some time and write this story down, and add to it.. then maybe find some Sheridan College students to draw and start a manga.

So I am here asking you guys.. how the hell do I organize a manga type story..

Do I write it like a book?

Do I go:

John: Well I hate apples
Sindy: Hmm.. but pies are good
John and Sindy are sitting at a tree

How do I do this?

Manga/Anime relies on the visual impresion at least as much as on the text, dialogue and so on.

If you cant draw, or at least produce some sketches, how do you think you can comunicate your ideas? You surely wont get much credits for providing the story and therefore you might end up being ripped of all your influence to the outcome.

Dreams are a very good inspirtaion for uniqe and interesting stories.
