RF Online :D - Some Tech Help

Ok, So, my pc is fine, i love the game, its amazing BUT, my friend is having a problem...

His pc is able to run WoW and GW at the highest settings, his specs r good for RF, and for some reason, everytime he logs into the game, his pc restarts. He put everything on the lowest settings, same thing.

His pc is bug free, the firewall is off... his rf worked b4, you guys think you can help him out by telling him what could be wrong?

P.S Level 25 Specialist (Bellato) - Server 3 (incase u wanna add me or hang out sometime )

Can you list his exact specs? AFAIK, restarts usually mean one of:
1. Busted Power Supply
2. Lack of Ram (although this should usually just make the program crash)
3. CPU overheating

His graphics card could also be overheating (since RF is more graphic intensive than other games) but that should just cause his computer to freeze, rather than restart.

thanks rohan, but i did tell you that i was going to post it on the RF forums lmao.

on topic: yeah, for some reason my comp keeps restarting after i click on my character and goes to the tutorial video. The last time i played RF was a month ago, and it was working fine. I checked my ram and i have enough and my cpu aint over heating.

When I was playing RF about a month and a half ago, I had frequent CTDs. It made the game unplayable so I stopped. Thanks RF.

I got a suggestion. Try the official RF online forums. They have probably seen it before and/or have it in a FAQ. And ew, Solus is laggy. Lumen ftw. Come to Lumen, we need more Bellatos.

i used to have that problem a year and half ago.. with my old crappy computer, i did notice one thing though.. whenever my virtual memory starts to get low.. minutes after that my comp restarts

My comp has 512 mb of RAM and it work very well...

Maybe your firend should update his graphic card.

I got a suggestion. Try the official RF online forums. They have probably seen it before and/or have it in a FAQ. And ew, Solus is laggy. Lumen ftw. Come to Lumen, we need more Bellatos.

lol i met over 300 bellato specialists here, im gnna make a guild, and we r all gnna do some MAU/BMAU/RMAU raids here ill make a warrior alt on Lumen.
