At least $20 000? I dunno, just a wild guess. Add tens of thousands more if you want to employ people.

This really depends on what type of game you plan on making. MMO's usually cost more then your average point and click dungeon crawler. Why? Servers. The ***** of game making. Servers cost thousands, even millions to upkeep(depending on the popularity and size of your game). It's a tough world out there, but I beleive you can do it. Go work at your local grocery stor and you'll have enough money to buy the software needed to create video games.

You won't want to working on this alone, so eventually you'll have to hire some employees. Rarely, you'll find people who will work for free, who are serious and won't leave after a week. Like I said though, it's rare. My best advice is to ask your friends if they are interested in helping you. Heh, I remember how hard it was to ask my friends if they were interested in "making a video game with me." I can still hear the laughter. Don't lose hope though. Maybe your friends will be better than mine!

I'll tell you my experience of working on "Warlord Avenger", a very nifty 2D hack and slash. It took hours to get in the groove. I had to put on my favorite metal music of course. I cranked it up to the maximum volume, and my mom got scared! And said you're moving with your aunte and uncle in Bel-Air! I begged and pleaded with her the other day, but she packed my suitcase and sent me on my way. She gave me a kissin and she gave me my ticket, I put my walkman on and said I might aswell kick it!

First class, yo this is bad, drinking orange juice out of a champagne glass! Is this what the people of bel-air livin like, hmm this might be alright! The way Iīd hear the percy, boots white and all. I had to sit as I have a place of they just in this school cat? 'I donīt think so', 'I see what i get there'. I hope theyīre prepared for the Prince of Bel Air!

Well I, tha plain land and when I came out, there was a dude look like a cop standin' there with my name out. 'I ainīt trying to get arrested yet, 'I just got here'. I sprang with the quickness like light has disappeared.

I whistled for a cab and when it came near the licensplate said "fresh" and had a dice in the mirror! If anything I could say that this cab was rare, but I thought now forget it, yo home to Bel-Air!

I pulled up to a house about seven or eight, and I yelled to the cabby yo, home smell you later! Looked at my kingdom I was finally there. To settle my throne as the prince of Bel-Air!
