    Default Upgraded CPU

I recently upgraded my CPU from 2.4 ghz single core to 3.2 ghz single core, can anyone tell me what will improve on games? Will my FPS be higher, will loading times be faster?

loading times are based on your amount of ram. so having a better cpu doesn't change that.
basically what your CPU does in games is calculate physics, animations and soforth. The rendering goes through your videocard and the texture handling is being handled by your memory reserve.

but now i wonder, why didn't you simply get a good dual cpu instead of another single core? they cost practically nothing anymore these days, but dc's have a significant performance diffirence than sc's in more demanding games i.e. Oblivion, FEAR, ...
Things like crysis and ut3 are actually build to feed on dual-or- more cores.

then your next target here is getting another 1G of Ram and then later get a dual core, RAM is more important than CPU as it considerably increases speed perfomance if that's what you want
