Need help with contacts

ok, since i made it on my JV basketball team at my school, things are heating up
and glasses ain't cutting it anymore, so i tried contacts today, sure they were great to have on, put putting them on and taking them off were annoying
especially when i have dry, sensitive, asian eyes....so i just need some advice or tips and trick to make contact wearing easier, thx doods!

ive been wearing contacts for a year, and lukily for you i have asian eyes too.
First: put ur contacts on ur pointing finger( if ur right handed use right etc.)
second: use the other pointy figer to open ur eyes wider(in the top) and use your(right / left hand) middle finger on the down part.
Third: Put your contacts in(took me a month to master this step)

taking it off:
First: read the second part on the first one!
Second: take off your contacts, using your poiting figer and thumbs.
