Yes, but the whole reason perfect anarchy fails is human greed as well - I mean, how many bone-ugly women get *****? It happens because the ****** wants something he can't get otherwise, and isn't entitled to get. Same with murder - the murderer wants something he isn't entitled to, whether it's a physical posession of the victim or an unjustified feeling that "he got what he deserved" or even just the rush of adrenaline that comes from breaking the rules.
