Cabal Online?

I live in Australia and i really wanna play Cabal, i heard there making a new Cabal online that isnt just for euros? when is it coming out? I really wanna play, thanks

All i can think of is cabalSEA and i don't think that is for australia...

It'll probably never come out for US. There's one out for brazil if you really want to play. It doesn't (well as far as I know) have IP block and there's an english patch floating around the forum somewhere.
