ruff, arua and sevenhearts
i would recommend ruff rose server since thats where i enjoyed most of my time until i got bored with all my really high characters...
out of ruff and seven hearts ruff has much more players (at the time i played anyway dont know about now)
and they have same rates
arua has a low rate server and a really high rate one(u can get max level in a few days...find it to be very fast and very dull)

roseonline.ph is the officially free ROSE online. However, its mainly for Phillipines players and may even have IP block.
Also, there is a Rose Online section here... try asking there...

@qaiszero seems like u did not play ruff rose for a while cause there servers shut down.
a.t.m. arua and sevenhearts both have lot's of players and they both have high rate pk servers.

Its still a private server which deems it illegal. Which means, do not post! just give him a Pm if u wanna mentions PS.

Its not a PS, its there own game cause they are adding new things, and gravity gave up on Rose, they now use rose evolution...
sevenhearts is built from the original rose, but since they have added maps, custum items, and have an active dev team, i don'[t consider it a PS.
Also this has been discused already about wether or not its a PS, and the mods did theier work and concluded that it is not a PS. Why you think our posts are still here? If it was a PS, they would delete our post and send us a pm of why they removed our post..stop trying to cause trouble, and instead contribute some info...
