Then, just like a pre-skankified Flav would have done, Rampage got racial. "Black folks, when you get in trouble [and you] call 911, please sound white when you call ... We all sound white when we need to."

Go to the TMZ website, scroll down a bit and watch the video. I'm white and offended, don't really see why a black person would be myself. Now if the word white was black in the statement i'd see why you'd be offended.

Anyways I don't see why 911 would treat you different depending on your race. I doubt they can tell if you're white or black from just your voice. Either way, I don't think race would matter in an emergency. Hell, it shouldn't matter in anything.
