Yes I think a quest guide with the full information would be a wonderful idea. I believe most Arad Senki players are using Suki's old quest guide, which, don't get me wrong is a wonderfully formatted and helpful piece except it can be very very confusing at times, like for instance, I kept trying to find out why I couldn't get a certain quest but it turns out it was for fighter only. :/
