The absolute best way to lose weight, ever, is to put on layered clothes (multiple sweatshirts) and get running. Just do that on a periodic basis (3-5 times a week) and you should be on a good start. Of course, to stay healthy, you really only need a minimum of 30 minutes of good physical activity per day, which you can rule out as your PE period in school. Just supplement that with some more cardiovascular work, you should see a notable decrease in weight in only a week or so, let alone if you keep at it for a prolonged period of time.
