well after talking to the guys at the MSI forums, turns out the reason while im having problems is becose my powersuply is somewhat not powerfull enough, yay waste more money on this stupid box, yay.

Haha, yea. All my friends have that PSU.
If you are going to be running in SLI, you'll want a even better one, but for a single card, thats more then enough.
