    Any mellow music, or fast music. Nothing angry.

    I try to dissipate my anger, rather than fuel it.

    The Academy Is... is a good band to listen to. Fast paced music and fast lyrics.

    Death Cab for Cutie. Who doesn't love Death Cab for Cutie?

    Joe Hisaishi, the composer for Studio Ghibli. Amazing instrumental music.

    Hiroshi Kondo. Pretty sad music (instrumental like Joe), but incredibely emotional. You'll get caught up in it and completely forget your rage.

    Motion City Soundtrack. OMG MCS FTW!

    When im angry its:
    Slayer - Dead Skin Mask
    Drowning Pool - Let the bodies hit the floor
    Disturbed - Down with the sickness
    etc.

    Basically the heaviest stuff on my computer though i dont have much of it. I got some nice big speakers to play it as loud as i like .

    I haven't gotten mad in a while and really don't plan to very soon. I do get mad when people talk about my girlfriend, I mean talk about me not my girlfriend. I listen to Taking Back Sunday, Disturbed, Earshot, and Nickelback.

    It's been proven that music should match your mood. If you're sad or angry, listening to happy music will not make you happier.

    They say that when you are sad, listen to a mellow song.

    Or in this case, when I'm angry, I listen to Megadeth or System of a Down... not neccesarily angry lyrics, but one is just like "HTHTRHTSRNTNJSJNSTYJN" and the other is just really fun shit.
