    Well, considering I've never had my balls chopped off and therefore have no idea how painful it is, I can only presume that it'd probably hurt more than getting tickled.

    However despite being ticklish myself, I know that it's very annoying to get "tickled into oblivion".

    My left testicle "twisted" around the right one, cutting off air supply and making me veryyy ill.

    The surgery wasn't too bad, but I had to walk like John Wayne for a few weeks after.
