I stare at my friend to get him annoyed when he's eating He just can't eat when people are looking. Don't worry I'm not that slack I do know when to stop and it's not a really cold mean stare but it's sure funny

Step by Step Way to The Ultimate Stare!
1) Look at victim
2) While looking at the victim, stare only at one eye. BE SURE TO DO THIS.
If you do it right, you'll see your reflection. "of what?! :O" Your face moron.
3) Now think about how you really want this person to die/etc. Ie: KILLING INTENT.
4) Stare until they look away/get nervous/attack you first.

If it works in the animal kingdom..its gotta work with humans! /half-sarcasm.
