    Default I am confuse about vegetarian

    I was told that Vegetarians do not eat meat.

    But I am confuse on whether they eat mostly veggies and little meat. Like 75% veggies and 25% meat.

    Is that the healthy lifestyle I should take?

    It can be healthy if you intake everything that you need to substitute for meat. I wouldn't do it, though. It's completely ridiculous IMO.

    Stick to hamburgers and steak.

    I can't see the logic.....

    I thought humans need meat for protein and nutrients. I thought vegetarians live healthy?

    I am very confuse.

    They do.
    But red meat is not very good for you, and you can get protein and whatever else, from other sources rather than meat.

    Be the opposite of vegitarians. Eat as much meat as you can and boycott eating veggies. For every asshole you see eating a carrot, punch him in the balls and chomp down on a giant steak.

    So they do eat MEAT?

    So 75% veggies and 25% meat are their daily meal.

    I thought a healthy meal about be 50% meat and 50% veggies

    OH i just eat whatever i want , i never get fat
    AND i dont care if the food is healthy or unhealthy all i care is if it taste or not lol , because i only (maybe) live 1 time.

    Isn't there different types of vegetarianism Is that even a word? lol

    ANyway people choose to go vegetarian due to many different factors like killing cows for food is inhuman or it could be that they just want to and others due to parents influence like if their parents were vegetarianists and you grew up eating only vegetables then you get use to it.

    Also they get their vitamins from SOY BEANS woot lol and other vegetables like spinach has iron in it so that takes over meat.

    Contrary to popular belief, vegetarians do eat meat, its just not their primary food.

    I'm one myself...I dont eat meat every single chance I get, but every once in awhile.

    Actually, if you wanna get scientific...Humans are omnivores, AKA we can eat everything, meat, fish, vegetables. Its just some of us choose between one of the 3 or two of the 3

    And yes, we eat fish. I <3 Salmon

    If you eat meat, you're not really a vegeterrorist.

    Well, at least not a strict one. The majority of people who call themselves vegetarians don't touch meat at all (in part because they're all lesbians), I'd really say that the correct term for someone with your dietary habits would be someone-who-doesn't-eat-a-lot-of-meat-but-doesn't-shy-away-from-it.

    Vegetarians don't eat meat. Their "meat" is made of flour. They use tofu as protein.

    Vegetables are awesome(some).

    Considering the fact that you would need to ingest an entire pound of tofu or more each day in order to meet your body's needs, and the fact that tofu only contains incomplete proteins, no, it does not have a good amount.

    I have a brother, and a mother who are vegetarian. It's a very healthy lifestyle IF YOU KNOW HOW TO DO IT.

    Simply avoiding meat will NOT CUT IT. You need to RESEARCH it, people! If you don't know how to eat RIGHT, and get your COMPLETE SOURCES of fatty acids, proteins, stuff like that, you're better off just eating plain meat.

    HOWEVER, if you DO vegetarian RIGHT, you will be MUCH healthier than if you did normal omnivore RIGHT.

    Most Veggie-terrorist are members of PeTA and i friggin hate PeTA.they want us not to eat meat when we have to somethings you can't get out of pills and vitamin shakes.the animals themselves don't care about the ethical treatment of other animals (Put a zebra and a lion in a room and it won't give a frick about it's rights).The Day they teach a lion to eat nothing but veggies and it be healthy "lions can't make protein shakes" is the day i'll convert but till then pass the baby fur seal brains

    Vegan's dont eat anything that comes from animals. I.E Milk, Eggs.

    So technically, they substitute milk with Soy Milk, or Almond Milk, but in some places almond milk is only for Ice cream.
    No meat at ALL!

    It's kind of fun that they probably make those pills from milk. So basically they're not 100% vegan if they eat 'em.
