....Uhm,you have the wrong drivers for the card.
Search for the HD 2600 PRO drivers,don't use your old drivers.

Uninstall your old drivers,maybe?Did you do that?
But try the installation CD drivers.Or old drivers.

I have the drivers + edited INI files but it's a version lower (7.10), I can upload it if you want.
