    Eh, most of the best shows in my head were during my childhood, from when Nick, CN, and Disney Channel actually kicked ass. Anywho:

    Jonny Quest (the original, the second one was kind of meh to me)

    Fresh Prince of Bellair (I CAN'T BELIEVE NOBODY MENTIONED THIS YET!)
    Kenan and Kel
    Spongebob Squarepants
    Dragonball Z
    Everybody Loves Raymon (Don't watch much, but it's pretty funny sometimes)
    The OC (LOL JK, I just love the Dear Sister parodies)
    Sportscenter (More of a news show sort of thing, but I guess it counts)
    Cash Cab
    MythBusters (An ok show, I usually only watch when the myths they are testing interest me)
    Drake and Josh (Used to LOVE that show)

    I also enjoy the various documentaries on channels such as National Geographic, and Discovery Channel.

    And probably some more I can't think of right now...
