I have a uber quality ventrilo server for my CSS clan, but I've been playing less and less lately and just using it for pugs.
The vent is always empty, and the people who DO idle it and use it are always asking me to build the community.
I'm willing to share the information here and you may use it to your liking. I will accept a few requests for personal channels (please keep it professional). Please note that by multipurpose I mean multipurpose gaming .
There are a few rules that you must follow when on the server for your safety and for the safety of the organization.
1. Your balls MUST have dropped to use the microphone.
2. If you have a high, squeaky voice, please put UNDER10 in your comment and talk quietly in a different channel with your friends or you will be immediately banned.
3. You are welcome to bring friends, I will be giving out channel admin to those who request their own personal channel (1-3 requests).
4. Spamming the mic, or disconnecting and reconnecting to the server in rapid succession will result in an immediate ban.

A little about us
We are a multigaming organization known widely as weFail gaming. We host/sponsor several CSS gaming tournaments, events, and participate vigorously in CAL, CEVO, and CPL. I'm known as net_graph, head of the entire organization, and usually on vent or idling. Feel free to ask me anything regarding the clan or server.
Just because people are under 10 means they get immediately banned? You guys try to play games professionally or competitively, I'm pretty sure you guys aren't perfect to be banning people just because they're born a certain way. But whatever it's your server.
