I have one of those Dynex mouses (mice?) and it's been working well until recently.

Description: The usual Right/Left click buttons, a scroll wheel/button, and two extra buttons on both sides that (usually) forwards or backwards a page.

Problem: Well just 5minutes a go I was watching Naruto and I tried to go back a page using the left side button but instead of it going back a weird circle comes up with extra options such as Internet explorer, a new tab, save file, refresh, etc. Same thing for right clicking stuff. How do I get rid of it? I want it to be able to right click stuff at least ._.
