I would say Rappelz, simply becoz i never plyed perfect world xD but i would say perfect world looks pretty good detail wise. :3

Perfect world is only quest based for so long..by level 36 you'll only get 50% exp from quests and it only gets worse from there on out, it's an insane grind, like .2 exp per kill in the 40's.

Now I've never played rappelz so I can't compare the endgame but I do know PW does have a good endgame, you can do territory wars every week to get new land and defend the land you have. Also there is free pvp past level 30 and dueling.

Dude. i think you never tryed to go in ro from lv 98 to 99. i'm telling you. it's a little bit lower then .2
