Registering with konami is pretty easy there is a big blue button that goes to an age verification on the page. https://id.konami.net/login.do . The button has an image of a pencil and paper in it, you cannot miss it. From there it should be pretty easy.
Note: At the bottom of each of the pages there will be two buttons. First one is I agree/proceed, and the other is the back button(takes you back to the id login page).
