Am I doing something wrong in Holic?

I hear everybody getting to level 20 and stuff pretty fast. Well I've been doing quests and such and I'm level..9 or 10 now, yet it's a major grind for me to get to the next level, and the quest I'm on requires me to kill worms or something.

Am I doing something wrong to go so slow or what?

your kind of like me, it takes me a while to level up but I get there, i guess the hardcore gamers (playing holic?) are the ones getting there fast

No its not a grindfest lol, people complain about only being lvl 9 or lvl 12 but they don't realize that this isn't one of those games where the highest lvl is like lvl 300 or something. Not to mention even at lvl 9 or 10 you have over 8 skills at your disposal. Just party with friends and complete quests and before you know it the lvling will be alot smoother.

Umm.. if it takes more then a day to get level 20, it's a grind fest.

The only thing I could imagine you're doing wrong is maybe you're not using potions so you have to sit and rest like tons of these little nubcakes you see doing that, takes A LOT of time to sit and rest instead of using potions to battle nonstop

but it would be a good idea to make one since is easier to make friends etc i am tired of playing alone ;( bored

Any mmorpg is grind...

cause if u max fast it would be cheap.. all u do is nothing but pvp.

Quests are the way to go, you do quests and you'll get up fast. Once you hit 19 however you do need to grind to 20 but after 20 its more quests and you'll be 23 pretty easily..

I'd agree your not doing 'it' right. I got to lvl 20 within 2 days without potions and such. If you're having difficulty getting to lvl 11 you're sure to hate the grind at lvl 19-20... No quests. I agree with G-Unit. Grinds are what make MMORPGs what they are.

Speaking of which I've alwaysed liked the idea of an OnRPG guild... Considering the **** within the confinds were removed.

I made it in 1 day, maybe i did go a little hard style... But still didn't need any pots or what ever. Its pretty easy, ofcourse every mmo has it grinds, but i like the holic grind, because it can be very rewarding. Good drops <3 But your doing something wrong, if you grinding at lvl 9-10. There plenty of quest out there. But if you still have trouble grinding, just go party style ^^. I've got like 4 chars now, highest lvl 26, my monk. And the hardest class too solo is a priest, mine is lvl 18 atm and its hard ^^ but still fun.
