I have Prophecies and Factions - and I can tell your right now Prophecies is like a kagillion times better. I haven't tried Nightfall or EOFN though.

When i still played I got got them,mostly for skills,as i really only like the original story line.
Im waiting for GW2 myself,i would still play GW,but my guild died,and they were who i was with the entire 345 hours i spent in game lol,so that really sucked..

The only thing I ever agreed on with Skin.

Prophecies>Factions. If you've played both then it's easy to see why.

In my opinion it goes like this: Prophecies>Nightfall>Factions. I have not played GW:EoTN yet but I heard it's pretty good. Can't be worse than Factions in the GW series.

Prophecies takes like... a shitload of time to get to 20 if you're casual. The campaign is ub3r long too. One good thing is that there are many skill quests, so you don't have to buy the skills with gold... then again, I easily had over 10 plat even when I just left the newb island. But then again, I played Shing Jea island to its fullest, doing almost all the quests. It was really enjoyable though.

I only own the original, though when I get some extra cash and don't need anything else I'd probably add onto the collection, even if I'm not an avid player.
