well, i would like to know how/what to do.

what's the best way to do, close your eye's and see what happends or have an open eye and observe your partner.

Here's the thing. You can't stop her from cheating regardless of what you do. Hell, even if you were a millionaire, bought her everything she ever wanted, spent as much time and affection with her as possible, etc... if she is the type to cheat she will cheat and there is nothing you can do about it.

Basically what I am saying is that it is normal for just about anyone to 'suspect' them of cheating... just basic paranoia really.

Whatever you do, do not let the paranoia take you over. If you both love each other then you should have nothing to worry about.
