One more time, please read what the linked site offers. It tells you the code is for your chance to have your FACE to be placed on a NPC.

Ignorance has found a new home. Now please go home and sleep in the bed you made.

My luck (if I win), I would be one of the NPCs who would get killed in the first cutscene.
