Exteel, Age of Armor or RF?

Exteel isn't an MMORPG. o_O

Exteel for almost all of those except for the best community I guess.

I thoroughly enjoyed Exteel much more than AOA or RF. Reason being: Much more fast paced than both, less complicated controls, no cash spammers, and skill based/equipment based (slightly, you can still kill people with better gears if you're really really good).

Then again, it is a TPS mecha shooter.

Exteel is different so it's hard to compare. I'd say RF if you want MMORPG and Exteel if you just want action.

Exteel is a room based MMO Third Person Shooter. Not quite the same as RF. I'm playing RF on the codemasters servers right now, and am enjoying myself. I'm still low lvl, and it is grindy if you care about your PTs, but I think its worth it, because its one of those games where leveling up gives you a definite advantage. I dont like PServers myself, unless is the only option of me playing the game. PServers make it too easy to reach max level to make max level actually worth anything. There are a lot of cash selling bots in the HQ maps of RF, but I dont think they're a big problem, simply because most players can make plenty of money playing normally, without need to buy cash from them. Only ppl I see buying cash are Bellato Drivers for their MAUs.

If you really dont want to grind, you could just get a party, and go to a monster about 5 levels above you, and you'll level like once an hour (or a little longer) in the 30s. Doesn't take too long if you party, but you're meant to raise 'PT's (sort of like mastery points) for all aspects of your character (like melee attack, ranged attack, defence) and if you focus on PTs, it takes a fair while to level.
