Don't think there's a way besides reformatting your computer.

Did you watch too much porn online? lawl.

Well, first off: Never let cousins use your computer.

Second: Either reformat your computer, or get a new computer.

You do not have to reformat your computer in order to get administrator privileges.
Are you able to access the command prompt?

If you don't want to reformat I would go here http://www.techsupportforum.com/ and see if they can help or else I would reformat and get some of the things you need (photos, important documents) onto a flash drive or something

Try System Restore under your accessories --> system tools.

Boot into safe mode? Run all virus scans from there. Identify each trojan/maleware/virus individualy and consult the web for removal methods?

Use Windows CD to restore windows, not reinstall (from the boot up menue / install wizard in windows), there is a way without formating the disk, backup your stuffs and head back, for full reinstall.

Go into repair mode with your disk, look up some guides how to get full comand prompt and try to get your stuff on spare or external HD-partitions flash drives or something, burn stuff on DVDs from safe mode; get a linux that boots from CD, scan for viruses from there and do all repair work you can...

There are so many ways to try out, which will usualy end up not working but take you hours to complete. I either claw my teeth into the problem when it arises and dont sleep for the next 20 hours, till i fixed it or just go for a clean swipe. Mostly the data isnt worth saving anyways.

Hit your cousin with it and it will be fixed. It's a common virus trick.

if you have multiple user accounts on windows you can try ctrl alt del to open a advanced log in window, and in the account name type in Administrator and log in (no password needed)

i tried this once with a pc with a single secured account, and i couldnt log in so yea =/
