NetMarble registration help

Hey guys, i have a problem with netmarble registrartion. Seems they changed all the registration process, now i think u need some serious confirmation method to know you are really korean, like with cellphone or stuff like that :/. I accept terms and conditions here http://member.netmarble.net/join/

Then I input my KSSN and name (Because i have distant korean relatives) then this shows up:

Apparently, its the step 3 of a 5 step registration process. I wonder how to do this? Help pl0x, thanx

KSSN not valid , maybe
try 14 ~ 17 years old KSSN , or choose one of them .... and keep going

give up registering for netmarble. seriously, you'll end up playing games you dont understand.
