Yar Har, Raiyne. Just thank god I got my PSP to run custom firmware.
Since its in Japanese, I can't tell you much, but in this game....you fight along side Sephiroth, and a few other cool ass guys. You learn about 'Genesis Clones', and what not.
The only few things that are in English, is the battle screne (LUCKILY) and a few English words. 'Genesis Core' for example. I also heard a few 'Thank You's.

Crisis Core is a prequel to Final Fantasy 7. It's all about Zack, and the rest of the crew-and Cloud, before he became a SOLDIER.
At any rate, it's prerendered (those luscious FMVs, of-course), so that's not really a true showing of the PSPs power.

Well I knew the FMVs wouldn't show the power, since its all animated. But, the actual scenes where they're talking, or something, thats real time. Like I mentioned, this takes on a big feel and look of Kingdom Hearts, and the past 3 FFs. 12, 10, and 10-2. I haven't seen alot of good looking games for the PSP, but this game shows what it can actually do. Props to Square Enix.

What I don't really like is that they keep trying to match up games with FF7, which is the best game ever created IMO. The Dirge of Cerebus was a disappointment and Advent Children was pretty tight.
Now then, is this game going to be on PS2? I don't have a PSP, but I've played pretty much every Final Fantasy from 7 on up. It'll make me cry if I don't play this one.

This will be one of the only games I buy full price it looks freaking amazing(I have about 30-40 games all used except all my Final Fantasy's 8 9 10 have yet to buy 12 because we are waiting for the price to drop was it any good?)
Also to the person who said their psp is dead is it bricked or broken?

When i homebrewed my PSP i'm getting the japanese version :3 (well downloading :P) The english voices always suck in my oppinion>.> Rather play the japanese version cause the joke that's always in those games are funnier in japanese :3

I agree. Though, it would be nice to have some subtitles in English. I don't understand much, since it is Japanese.
